increasing its team of competent leaders. Madalina Olariu is the new manager of
global and local operations, adeptly supervising the activity of all departments,
observing the professional potential of new team members and coming up with fast and
efficient solutions that support Lingo24 in bringing the best translation services
to the web.

A former translator and language teacher, Madalina joined Lingo24 as a Project
Manager in 2005, bringing great enthusiasm and dynamism to the young team of
language experts. Her constant optimism and drive in proposing bold initiatives for
the company's development were quickly noted and greatly appreciated by the
company's management, who was delighted to offer her a promotion to the position of
Head of Operations.
